In most cases items are made to order. This can take

2-10 days for production depending on the order. In some cases items are one of a kind due to certain fabrics and materials. These items will always be noted.

 

If any order(ex. large orders or made to order items) should take longer than 7 days you will be notified immediately. 

 

 

Shipping & Delivery

 

All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS/Fedex within 3 days - 2 weeks (since items are made to order). Priority shipping usually takes 2-3 business days for delivery and allows for the package to be tracked the entire way.

 

Orders over $100 will be shipped with Signature Confirmation.

 

Any lost, stolen or damaged orders will not be refunded. Tashumbra. is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. In the event of a lost/stolen package contact USPS (1-800-275-8777) to file a claim.

 

 

Tracking Your Order

 

I strive to to get orders out as quickly as I can. Orders may arrive quickly and in some cases beyond my control it may take longer, as I have experienced with the postal services. I strongly encourage customers to track orders if you have any concerns about your order and the shipping process.

Return Policy

If you are truly unhappy with your item, simply contact us first to process a return. You may return it within 3 days of it being delivered to you. You are responsible for the shipping fee. Once the item has been received and inspected you will be refunded the amount paid. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

No refunds for custom made handbags, home decor, and made to order clothing.  

 

Sale items cannot be refunded. No exchanges on custom items, regular priced items, and sale items.

- Where are you located?

 

Every item is made and shipped from Texas (US). 

 

- Do you ship internationally?

 

Yes, I will ship to some international locations. Please

contact us for information on shipping to your country.

Please allow 3 days - 2 weeks for production(since items are made to order).

 

- How long does it take to get to me if shipped internationally?

 

It depends on where you're located. All international orders are shipped via USPS International unless otherwise specified. Canadian orders can be tracked the entire way and usually take 8-10 business days. Other locations can only be tracked while moving through the US and it may take up to 4 weeks for the package to arrive depending on the country.

Any lost packages or orders will not be refunded. I am not responsible for lost packages.

 

- Do you do custom handbags?

 

Yes, I do depending on the request. If there is a different size or color bag you would like instead of the one listed, please email me first to make sure it can be done.

 

 

- Are all apparel items made to order?

 

Yes,  all apparel listed here on the site is MADE TO ORDER. I highly recommend  sending your measurements when you order for more accurate sizing. Please refer to the measurement guide here on tips for taking your own measurements. Please allow 2-10 days for production of apparel orders.
